Mindfulness.





Mindfulness is a quality of the mind or rather the intrinsic capacity of the mind to be present and aware at a certain moment, at a moment when body and mind are totally synchronized in an instant of present reality. Mindfulness and open awareness come together in a moment in our mind / body / spirit. It is that quality typical of any human being.

 

The experience of mindfulness is revealed and trained in a discipline or practice called meditation.

 

The practice of meditation comes from ancient traditions that emphasize the legitimacy of one's own experience as a valid source of knowledge. The practice is based on training to be present and aware in every moment of our life; embrace whatever arises in our experience, lovingly and without judgment; opening our hearts to make friends with ourselves and allow compassion for others to emerge. It allows us to travel the path of our life and carry out our work in it with an open heart and a wide mind.
